What IdentityFlow™ is

IdentityFlow™ is a brand and identity clarity tool designed to help individuals, brands, and teams articulate who they are in a format that AI tools can use effectively. It asks you questions and uses an AI model to synthesize your answers into an IdentityPassport™ or IdentitySpark™.

IdentityFlow™ is not therapy. It is not psychological assessment. It is not coaching, counseling, or professional advice of any kind. It is not a substitute for working with a licensed mental health professional, career counselor, or any other qualified professional.

AI-generated results

All outputs produced by IdentityFlow™ — including your IdentityPassport™, IdentitySpark™, taglines, synthesis paragraphs, and Identity Brief — are generated by an artificial intelligence model based on the answers you provide.

These results are interpretive, not factual. They are synthesized from your inputs using a large language model and reflect a creative interpretation of what you shared, not a clinical or professional assessment.

Results will vary. The same answers submitted at different times may produce meaningfully different outputs. This is an inherent characteristic of how AI language models work and is not a defect.

Results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or statements that do not accurately reflect you, your brand, or your team. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the appropriateness of any output before using it in a professional, public, or commercial context.

Your IdentityPassport™ is generated fresh each time. Even with the same responses, your language and context will evolve and so will your results. If you complete IdentityFlow™ again, the same responses will produce different language. That is by design. You will have evolved and so will the Passport. This document captures who you are right now.

Intended use

IdentityFlow™ outputs are designed as starting points for brand identity work, AI context-setting, and professional communication development. They are not finished deliverables and should be treated as drafts to be refined by you or a qualified professional.

Intivine, Inc. makes no guarantee that IdentityFlow™ outputs will be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your responsibility

By using IdentityFlow™ you acknowledge that you are using an AI-powered tool and that outputs are generated, not authored, by a human. You agree to use the tool and its outputs responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intivine, Inc. is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of IdentityFlow™ or its outputs. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated results, professional or personal consequences of sharing outputs, or any inaccuracies in the content produced.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of IdentityFlow™ after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
